Cannabis Clones for Sale in West Virginia

Rooted cuts for hollows, morning fog, short sun hours and steep ground.

Mountain growing is a light problem first

Most West Virginia growing happens in terrain, not on flat ground, and that changes the maths. A narrow hollow with ridges on both sides can lose two to four hours of direct sun a day compared with an open field at the same latitude. The sun clears the eastern ridge late and drops behind the western one early. Before you decide anything about strains or feeding, spend a day actually watching where the sun sits on your site. Six hours of direct light will grow a plant. Four will grow a disappointment.

Fog, cool air and rot

Cold air drains downhill overnight and settles in the low ground, which is why hollows sit under fog until mid-morning while the ridge above them is already dry and bright. That damp window is the main driver of grey mould and powdery mildew in the state, and it repeats most mornings from late August onward. Growing higher on the slope, even fifty vertical feet up, often solves more than any product you can buy. Where you cannot move, thin the interior of the plant hard so air passes through it.

Ground and water

Hillside soil here is often thin, rocky and acidic, sitting on shale or sandstone, and it can run well below pH 6 in forested ground. Lime and compost, and actually test rather than guess. On the water side, West Virginia is a useful contrast to the hard-water western states: much of the surface and shallow well water is soft and low in dissolved minerals, so calcium and magnesium deficiencies show up faster than growers expect. If your source reads under 50 ppm, plan on supplementing rather than cutting back.

Slope, erosion and wind

Steep sites shed water fast in a summer thunderstorm and take topsoil with it. Terracing, contour planting or simply using large fabric pots on levelled pads keeps the root zone where you put it. Ridge tops get the light but also the wind, so stake accordingly.

Cuts that suit it

Look for hardy, forgiving plants that finish before the wet part of autumn. Easy To Grow is the honest starting point for anyone working a shaded or awkward site. The weather-hardened plants in Old School handle cool damp mornings better than most modern lines, and Classics & Haze gives you open flower structure that dries out quickly after fog. For an indoor room where you control everything, Best Sellers is a reasonable place to start.

Shipping to West Virginia

Boxes leave Monday through Wednesday only, never later in the week, so nothing spends a weekend in a depot. All clones are rooted in our room before shipping. Rural mountain delivery can add a day, so plan for that and open the box the day it arrives rather than letting it sit. Water lightly and keep the plants dim and warm for the first 24 hours.

Pricing

Every clone in the catalog costs $40, all 854 of them. Minimum order $200, which is exactly five strains.

Before you order

Cannabis rules vary by state and by locality and they change over time. Confirm what applies where you live before ordering. We are growers selling plants, not lawyers, and this is not legal advice.
