How a live plant gets from our room to yours.

Clones are living plants, not parcels. Everything below exists to get a rooted cut to you standing up and ready to go under a light.

When orders go out

We ship Monday through Wednesday only. That is deliberate: a box that leaves on a Thursday can sit in a depot over the weekend, and a plant does not survive that well. If you order late in the week, your cuts go out the following Monday.

How they are packed

• Each clone is rooted in its plug before it is pulled. Nothing ships that has not held a root ball.
• Stems are sleeved and braced so the plant cannot whip around in transit.
• Moisture is locked at the root zone so the plug stays damp for the trip without drowning.
• Boxes are marked fragile and this way up, and packed to stop the contents shifting.

When it lands

Open the box the day it arrives. Get the cuts under a low light, keep humidity up for the first 48 hours, and do not feed heavily until you see new growth. A little droop on arrival is normal and usually gone within a day.

Where we ship

We ship where it is legal for you to receive live cannabis plants. Checking that is on you. If you are not sure about your state, do not order.
