Compare Clone Sellers

What we do better, what they do better, and how to judge any clone seller.

Most clone comparison pages are written to make one company look perfect. This one is not going to do that. Every page below lists what the other company does better, because if we only told you the flattering half you would have no reason to believe the rest of it.

Here is the short version: we are $40 a clone with a $200 minimum, 854 strains in stock, every mother lab tested for hop latent viroid by Tumi Genomics, free shipping, and anything that arrives dead gets replaced free. We have been a brand since 2015, with more than twenty years of growing experience behind the room. Seedsman below has been trading longer than that, at a scale we do not pretend to match.

The four things worth comparing on any clone seller

Whether or not you buy from us, these are the questions that decide whether an online clone order goes well. Ask them of anyone.

1. What happens if the plants arrive dead?

This is the one that costs real money and the one most sellers are vaguest about. "Guaranteed" with no window and no remedy is not a policy. Look for who replaces the plants, how long you have to report it, and whether you get plants back or a credit toward buying from them again. Ours: photograph it the day it lands and we ship replacements free.

2. Do they test for hop latent viroid, and can you see the results?

HLVd is asymptomatic for a long time and travels in cuttings. It does not announce itself until week six of flower, by which point it has moved through your room. Plenty of sellers say "tested." Fewer will name the lab. Fewer still will show you a result. We test every mother with Tumi Genomics and we will send you the results if you ask. More on how that works.

3. Is the catalogue real?

A list of 500 strains means nothing if you cannot buy any of them today. Check whether listings show stock, and check a few of them. All 854 of ours are in stock, because we do not list what we cannot cut.

4. What does it actually cost, all in?

Add shipping, check for premium tiers, and check the minimum. A cheap headline price with paid shipping and a $99 tier on the strains you actually want is not cheap. Ours is $40 a clone, free shipping, five clone minimum, no tiers.

How we researched these

Every figure on these pages was taken from the other company's own published website on 24 August 2026, and each page lists the specific sources used. Where something was not stated we say so rather than guessing. Where a claim is theirs rather than ours we attribute it to them. We have deliberately not used forum posts, anonymous reviews or hearsay about any of these companies.

Prices, stock levels and policies on live stores change constantly. If you are making a decision based on something here, check their current site — and if you find something on one of these pages that is out of date or wrong, email us and we will correct it.
